母公司成立于1997年10月, 主要生產(chǎn)和銷(xiāo)售精密鑄造,機(jī)加工,熱處理及裝配等零部件。公司位于大連市保稅區(qū)二十里堡廣寧寺，于2004年擴(kuò)建了目前的廠(chǎng)房，注冊(cè)資本是3000萬(wàn)元人民幣（約363萬(wàn)美元）；占地面積6萬(wàn)多平米，經(jīng)營(yíng)面積2萬(wàn)多平米，員工200多人。
公司生產(chǎn)的產(chǎn)品100% 出口到跨國(guó)公司，客戶(hù)分別為美國(guó)，加拿大，巴西，墨西哥，法國(guó)和德國(guó)等多家世界500強(qiáng)公司。產(chǎn)品主要涉及農(nóng)業(yè)機(jī)械，柴油機(jī)，工程機(jī)械。

Established in October 1997, the company supplies precision steel components produced using the investment casting process (lost wax) and other in-house facilities including CNC machining, heat treatment and assembly. The company is located in the Dalian Free Trade Zone. The current factory was expanded in 2004 with an investment of 30 million yuan (3.63 million US dollars), on a 60,000 m2 site, 20,000?m2 of which is currently occupied by our production plant and office complex. We have over 200 employees.
100% of the products produced by Dalian Lianmei are exported to international customers, the majority of whom are US Fortune 500 companies with facilities in multiple countries including USA, Canada, Brazil, Mexico, France and Germany. Our clients are market leaders in agricultural machinery, diesel engines, transmissions and automotive.
